Hello all,

 

 

I just received a new EliteBook 840 G5 and noticed that the fan is always running when the power is attached.  I see a comment in a review from a guy havin seemingly the same issue and hoping it will be fixed with a bios update...  complaining by the overall bad power management of the device (the discrete GPU is badly throttled).

 

Anyone else is experiencing the same issue?  It is kind of annoying and I am thinking to return the noteook due to this issue.
