Product: officejet pro 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has begun to pick up more than one sheet of paper when i print.  sometimes it jams, sometimes not.  I use good paper: Xerox Multipurpose Plus Paper.  96 Bright.  24 lb.  Colorlok.  I do not print a lot, maybe 50 sheets per month.  The printer is less than three years old. Any ideas why this started all of a sudden?.........thank you
