Product: HP ENVY Notebook - 13t-d000 CTO (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I replaced the battery with an original HP spare part but the notebook does not detect the new battery. I already changed the BIOS to default options , updated the BIOS and also run battery check. Nothing worked.

However when I placed the mouse over the battery icon it says 100% fully charged.

Please help.
