Product: HP F4480
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've tried everything to make my HP F4480 online.  Shows offline doesn't print from the computer. It does work when I copy and paste to word, it will then print. 

 

I've tried to download new software for the printer but to no avail. 

In setting, device, and printers the check mark is on the printer which I designated as my default printer.

Finally, when it does print it sounds as if it's printing on paper but the paper comes out blank.
