My Canon laserjet printer (LBP6000) worked just fine with my older HP desktop, running Windows 7 Home Premium. I couldn't get it working with laptop (running Windows 10) however, (I didn't do much troubleshooting, since it worked with my main computer) and I now have this new desktop and have been troubleshooting for an hour with no success. I have removed, restarted, uninstalled, unplugged, etc, and have the current driver from Canon, which should work for Windows 10 64 bit. It shows up, but says "Driver not available" and when I run Troubleshooting on it, it says "USB Printing Support can't work properly with USB 3.0." According to the manual, it is plugged into one of the two "USB 2.0" ports in the back, and I've tried it in several other supports without success. Why does it still say it's USB 3.0, and how can I get it working? Thanks!
