Product: 15-dc0017nm & 15-ce026nm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, i have a problem with keyboard, when I playing racing games with arrow keys sometimes not register key press until I press again the same key. Sometimes that happened to WASD keys but very rare.
First i bought 15-ce026nm, I took notebook to service center and insist on keyboard replacement. After keyboard replacement problem remains the same. I returned notebook to my local store and bought a new model 15-dc0017nm and guess what, still the same problem. I tested WASD on new model and seems to work ok, but arrow keys have the same problem.
I dont know what to do now, i dont want to return again, hp advertising 26 key rolover and antighosting, but it seems it's so bad.
