Product: HP Spectre X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a recently purchase HP Spectre X360 (15-bl012dx) and the trackpad has started bulging very badly in the last 2 weeks. It's at the point now where the lid won't close and I can barely use the right click on the track pad. Seems like the machine also runs hot more often than not.
This LT sits on a desk 99% of the time so it's not road warrior damage as far as I can tell.
We use these as the company standard LT at my company and I'd hate to have to change models if more of these start cropping up. Let me know what you can do to help please!
Thanks,
Justin
