Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have been connecting my laptop to my tv via a HDMI cable.  Whenever I wanted to project to the TV, I would connect the HDMI cable, switch to the HDMI input on my TV, right click on my desktop and choose duplicate (this would then detect the tv as the external monitor) and duplicate the laptop screen on the TV.  Now that is not happening anymore and Im unable to have the laptop even detect the tv or project the screen onto the tv. 

Are there some drivers Im missing, cause i have downloaded the chipset driver, the Intel graphics driver, the AMD graphics driver, the intel management interfaces driver from the hp website.  So why is the connection not working anymore?

 

How do I fix this?  Please help
