Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I needed to reinstall my printer last night.  I now get a message that the "Driver is unavailable". When I try to print, it shows up as "fax".   I've downloaded and reinstalled the OJ3830 full_webpack driver several times with the same result (I'm an optimist!).  The HP folder shows both the scan and fax drivers...but no print driver.  I've installled using both the CD and via 123.hp.com/setup.  The printer says I'm connected.  How do I get the driver to load properly or my system to recognize it?  It installed without a problem the first time several weeks ago.  Any help is VERY much appreciated.
