Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Help please, I clicked 'reset the printing system' for my printer as it wasn't responding since I changed my wireless router today...and I can't get it back!  I try to 'add' printer but it's not on the list. I've also tried downloading software from HP (the HP firmware updater) and it can't locate anything. Thanks for any advice you can offer.
