I am getting the error message "0xc19a0003" "There is a problem with the printhead"
I have reset the printer several times
I have removed and reseated the cartridges, none of which are low on ink
I have removed and cleaned manually the printhead. A visual inspection of the printhead and cables revealed nothing out of the ordinary. The printhead WAS very dirty and would not clean from the control panel.
I reassembled and turned it on. after the self checks the same error message re-appeared.
Could it be the printhead or could it be the motherboard? Without a scope, manual and schematic I can't go any further, can I?
