I had no problem printing two-sided until I switched to a different HP printer. Now the 4650 printer no longer shows the two-sided button when the "print" screen comes up. I have tried solutions that appear in this forum and on the HP site and they haven't helped. Based on one suggestion, I shut down the printer, unplugged it, and restarted it. Didn't help. I went to the touch screen on the printer, pressed copy, pressed settings, and pressed two-sided. Didn't help. When I open the printer driver the settings button is the only button that isn't highlighted, so I can't click on it. I downloaded new software and it didn't make a difference. However, during the download a pop-up screen appeared temporarily that said that the installation of an "extension" was not allowed, so I should start over. The same thing happened when I tried again. It's frustrating because nothing seems to work.
