Hello, I replaced my cartridge and it seemed like the printer was leaving out several lines, or some were only half-printed, when printing from the dialogue box.  If I printed directly from a webpage, it would print perfectly.  I tried cleaning the heads and aligning the printer and the issue persists.  I think that because it can print normally, it may be a software or mechanical issue.  I checked the drivers and they are up-to-date.  Has anyone else had this issue or know how to troubleshoot it?
