Product: OfficeJet 3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer will not print or copy.  Paper feeds through and the printer acts as if it were printing but doesn't.  However, variouis Test pages do print.  So not an ink issue.  Have internet connection.  When sending doc to printer via email, the printer comes alive but same issue - paper feeds but no printing.  Tried Print/Scan Dr. (several times) and all is OK.  Uninstalled printer/driver and reinstalled.  Same issue.  Tired unplugging/restarting computer and printer.  Same problem.  Just a defective machine?  It's only 15 months old.
