Product: HP 15 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I bought this laptop earlier this year [I don't know the exact date, but the original install date in system info says 6/11/2018, and that's about the general time I remember]. Been having a lot of issues with the battery over the past couple of months, and my computer just shuts off now even at 'full' battery when unplugged for a couple of minutes. When I checked the warranty, it says it started in 2016, and ended in November of 2017, half a year before I bought.
I don't have my receipt anymore, so I'm not sure if there's any other way to fix this, and get my battery replaced under warranty? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
