Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everybody,

 

I own a Pavilion 15-bc000nv since February 2017 and now i want  to upgrade my HDD to SSD and my RAM.
I will buy the parts from a shop and replace it my own, my question is how can I find out what type of SSD/ RAM fits to my laptop?
