Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw (Touch Screen Model)
Hello all.
I recently went to a site for my company that we purchased from another company and I was told that the passwords were removed from all of the printers on site. We then cut over the network to the new company but there was still one printer that did not have the password removed. The old company refuses to help now removing the password.
I can't get in to the factory reset option because there is an admin password set.
Is there another way I can reset this to factory defaults?
