Hello.
I'm trying to update CH337A HP Designjet 510 42 (4.02).
I just turned on the plotter.
i run HP DesignJet 500-800 Firmware Upgrade Tool on Windows 7 x64.
I tap on OK (Are you sure that you want to upgrade firmware?)
I see "Firmware files have been successfulli copied to the printer, please follow steps on printer front panel to complite upgrade. Click Ok to finish"
On the plotter, nothing happens at all, no reaction.
What is the detailed sequence of actions?
What should I do?
Please help. Thank.
