Product: HP ProBook 450 G5 notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a HP ProBook 450 G5 notebook and a HP USB-C Dock G4 purchased a few months ago however although the notebook still sees the dock in Device Manager it's stopped charging the notebook and the external monitors are no longer working. Is there a way to fix this or is the dock faulty?
