Product: ProDesk 400 G1 MT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I own a HP ProDesk 400 G1 MicroTower PC and have a (re)boot issue, when I press restart inside windows (or if the computer wishes to restart te system) it won't reboot normally, I have to manually shut down the computer with the main power button.
It keeps hanging on a black screen, it has a fresh Windows 10 installation, and it does this no matter wether an USB is inserted.
I tried adjusting BIOS settings and tried to update the BIOS, but the BIOS is allready up-to-date (BIOS: 2.53.05/17/2018).
I really hope U know how to fix this issue, as I would like a proper operating computer, now it just feels confused and old!
Thanks in regards.
