Hello everyone, I've been looking around for a solution to my problem, but I haven't found nothing since other questions on this forum are regarding other laptop models or similar problems but not my exact issue.
On my OMEN 15 AX000NL laptop everytime I need to use the integrated microphone(s) i find that the audio level is too low (for instance in skype or facebook messenger, people can't hear me properly, and even audacity can't record at a proper level). In windows Recording Devices options, I've set the pre-amp level and the volume to maximum values, but this doesn't seem to affect anything. Also, when I try to speak and have a look to the level meter, it always stays low, barely moving: only when I touch the microphone itself on the plastics the meter moves to maximum value.
