Product: HP 16 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

It says that my HP may no longer have HP services and repair parts available as of 10/10/2018. And also says for your loyalty if i call this number and quote this that i will get a discount on a new HP product. I just want to know if this is real or a scam.
