Product: Envy x360 Conv 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 3 week old HP Envy x360 15", with no additional hardware, that runs really hot when the power cord is attached. The fan is on constantly, as soon as I plug it in, and the left side of the keyboard gets almost too hot to touch (I can smell how hot it is), which can't be good. It is much cooler when running on the battery.

Can anyone help? This laptop was a direct replacement from HP for the previous one which had an issue with the hinges, so it should work perfectly.
