Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP OfficeJet Pro 8740... it will not print, doesn't recognize when I send a file from my computer. I can do an internal test print.

Looks great. It is as if the printer does not know that it is connected to the computer. When I send a file to be printed, I click on the printer icon on the tool bar and it says O documents pending
