Hello,
I have a HP Spectre x360 Touchscreen Convertible 13-ac0XX (model # given by HP Support Assistant), product number: Y4P50AV, in Dark Ash Silver
I damaged my laptop screen (bottom left corner, near the hinge) and now I have a decent size triangle of dead pixels. The glass is not cracked, just the screen is damaged. I have been looking at how to replace the screen, but most posts lead to replacing the whole upper assembly (screen, digitizer, lid) as it is simpler.
Can anyone please help me a find a suitable replacement, preferably OEM? I tried looking at HP's Partsurfer, but the cost came out to almost a new laptop.
(Also, how do I find out what model my computer is exactly? I only get "HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ac0XX" from HP programs and I don't know what the XX should be/is)
