Good day guys,
I recently bought an HP Pavilion Gaming laptop that has an i7-8750H processor with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design. The laptop runs smoothly when on battery, however when plugged in starts lagging, especially while I'm gaming. Games drop from around 75-80 FPS to 20-25 FPS after I plug in the laptop to charge. This allows me to game for short time periods. All of my drivers are up to date, and I have tried calibrating and testing the battery which said there were no problems. The current BIOS version is Insyde F.10, 8/7/2018, which I'm not sure is the newest one or not. Please assist with this matter as it's really frustrating.
