Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave
My HP Officejet Pro 8600 is priniting any document from my new IMAC extremely slow. It just hesitates and prints a few lines at a time. Here's what I have tried: without any success:
1. multiple times to download the drivers however, i receive the error message ea time that says:
"The file “HP_Easy_Start.app.zip-8.download” doesn’t appear to be a valid download file."
2. unplugged power cable from the printer & wall & reconnected without any changes.
3. Powering down router, printer & computer then re-booting.
Appreciate any advice
