Hi,

 

I would like to upgrade my current Elitebook 8460p,

Motherboard HP 161C KBC Version 97.4E 

BIOS HP 68SCF Ver F.63, 27.05.2016

 

My current processor is Intel Core i5 -2540M - 2.6 Ghz

 

question,

what processor is compatable to upgrade?

Should I also upgrade BIOS Version for CPU upgrade?
