Product: HP Envy

I tried using fn + F5 and also fn +F11 - neither one turned off the backlight on the keyboard.  Any other suggestions?

 

BY the way, my golden retriever puppy dropped his kong toy on the keyboard and turned it on, so I have no idea what combination of keys caused the problem in the first place.
