I bought a Officejet Pro 6975 and it was faulty out of the box so we took it back the same day and got another one which is fine. the problem is I am unable to remove the original 6975 from HP App, I am doing it correctly and have tried rebooting the computer to no avail, its still there. Even after you click the X to remove and click 'done' and go back to the main screen its still there like nothing happened. I went into my HP connected account and it has only the current machine listed. I wouldnt mind it but for some reason whenever I scan something it defaults to the original non-existent printer even though the green 'default' check mark is next to the new one. It defaults to the correct one with printing however. Help?
