Product: HP Laptop 15 db0xxx

This is  abrand new laptop I received for christmas and it has been giving me problems to power on. There is no light indicator that it is powered up, and I have to hold the power button down for 15 to 20 seconds and try multiple times before I can get the laptop powered up.
