Product: HP PageWide Pro 477DW MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help!! My printer has stopped working and whenever I try to reinstall it on my computer it keeps saying Driver is Unavailable??? I have tried reinstalling the full software and will get so far then say "Failed - Network Error" I have uninstalled previous software etc
