Product: HP Officejet Pro8620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using HP Eprint for years and yesterday it stopped working.   My printer no longer shows up in e-print when I try to print.  I called HP spent over 6 hours being transferred around and no answers.  The Ball next to the printer on HP connected is orange, not sure if that means anything.   When I  can sign in to the eprint but when I go to registration I put my email and never get a pin please help.
