Product: Pavilion 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an All-In-One Pavilion 23. I am having problems with the touch screen function. When I am on my desktop, Windows Settings, or Windows Explorer folders, I am unable to "right click" via the touch screen. I am able to drag icons around. But the computer will not register a "click". Strangley, I am able to use the touch screen functionality perfectly on any program that is not "Windows", such as "Firefox".
Any idea why this is happening? I have tried all the troubleshooting methods suggested by HP
