Product: Omen 15-dc0992nz
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought my new omen laptop and I am facing issues with the Omen command center. 

I currently run the 7.5.1 version of Omen CC, which is the most recent.

When I launch the software it gives me a messege:

"Driver updates are needed for OMEN Command Center to work accurately and deliver all applicable funcionality. Pleas update to continue"

 

When I press the update button the program stops and nothing happens.

I tried to reinstall the application from the MS store as well as using HP links - didn't help

I tried to manually update the SKD from the official HP support page - didn't help

I disabled the antivirus and the firewall to see it's the reason of the blockage of the automatic update.

 

I'm clueless now.

Please help me resolve this issue asap.
