Product: Envy 360 15-AR052
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i have just purchased a HP 1MR94AA Pen as i looked at the compatibility list for my HP ENVY 360 15-AR052 as the HP website says its compatible but i cannot download the app and the pen doesnt work.

 

I also found a list on Amazon saying this pen was compatible.

 

Any ideas anyone ?
