Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please help me. Ive been struggling in searching on how to troubleshoot my laptop. The screen rotation sensor seems to be not be working at all. Ive tried every possible ways to fix it but im here, still feeling problematic about not being able to rotate it automatically
