Hi,

I've been having charging issues with my HP ENVY x360 - m6-ar004dx (ENERGY STAR). When I plug it in when I'm using it it will say "plugged in not charging" on the battery icon in windows 10. Although when it off and plugged in it seems to charge because when I start it up after awhile being plugged in turned off the battery is a a higher percentage. I followed a few guides on how to resolve the issue on the HP forum but none of it seems to work . I used the HP's diagnostic tools and it says my computer is fine.  I tried a windows reset that didn't work. I tried uninstalling the battery drivers then shutting it down then turning it back on.  I've owned this computer for 3 years and this is my first time it had a issue. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
