I am signed up to the HP Instant Ink Service. It's currently saying that there is a problem with the black cartridge and to take out and reinsert. I have done. No change. I've tried restarting, following the virtual assistance and diagnosis tool. None of which have helped. I'm outside of warranty on the Printer (but only by 6 months - it's not an old printer). I am up to date on Instant Ink payments. I don't have a spare black cartridge though - only a coloured one.
I suspect the cartridge is either empty or something has happened (although I'm not sure what as it was fine last week when I was using it). The Instant Ink dashboard takes me round in circles in terms of help and I cannot speak to a human. What on earth can I do?
