HP Recommended

Hi! At the end of April/beggining of May my BIOS got updated. Since then, my pc got much slower and oftenly crashes (with software that uses a lot of memory). It also gets really hot and makes a lot of noise, and the fan goes crazy. The BIOS version is F.08. Strangely, there is no information about the update date in the BIOS settings. Could someone help me out with this?Thanks a lot.
