Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I own an HP 15ac125tx laptop which was bought in Nov 2015. THe configuration of the same is i5 5th gen processor, 8gb ram and AMD Raedon Graphics. I want to upgrade its memory from coventional HDD to SSD. I wanted to know if the laptop has and supports M.2 slot?
