Product: HP Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP printer Envy 7640 has stopped connecting to Web Services for Instant Ink since last one week. The error message on printer screen is "Server Problem - printer could not connect to web services".   HP Tech Help has tried fixing the problem but has not succeeded despite attempts by 3 different technical support calls.  My ISP provider XFINITY/Comcast has run all checks on the router/modem, and everything is good from their end. Printer can connect to the internet BUT not to the Web Services - Instant Ink.  Please help?
