Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

How do I know if I my laptop has touch screen capabilities? There is an option for tablet mode, and for a touch screen keyboard to pop up. Why would my computer have these options if it doesn't have touch screen capabilities?

 

I looked in the device manager under the Human Interface drivers, and I do not have one for touch screen. 

Does this mean that my computer screen is not capable of being a touch screen? Or do I just need to get a touch screen driver?
