Hello, we have not been able to locate the supposedly included card that came with our new HP OfficeJet 9018 printer with instructions on how to redeem eight months of free instant Ink. which we were absolutely planning to make use of. We looked everywhere but after deep searches and no luck we discarded the box to save space. Can someone please advise how I can still redeem this offer that was promised as part of my printer purchase, without the information card that was supposed to be included ? Thank you
