Product: HP Omen 17 -cb0600nd
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I installed a Bios administrator password and a Bios power-on password, both passwords are the same. I could login to the computer with the password, everything was working correctly. I updated the Bios to the latest version, no error msg's during update, but immediatly after the update the Bios password does not work anymore, I cannot get into the computer. After 3 tries the system gives the System SN: but no error code. It asks for a HP SpareKey USB Recovery Key, but the key I created during the setup of the password does not work. How can I remove the bios password
