Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Its been a while my laptop's screen starts flickering and it makes an irritating buzzing noise after 2-3 minutes when I plug in the charger.

I don't know if it is a hardware issue or not but its very irritating, every time i'm working on my pc this issue shows up and I have to disconnect the charger and plug it again, It also occur when I play games and if I do some normal stuff.

I'm also having a battery draining issue, in which the battery drops from 80% to 20% instantly and then after a few minutes it automatically shuts down, so I can't imagine my laptop working without plugged in.

I also tried troubleshooting battery issue on HP battery check but it shows OK.

-All my laptop's drivers are up to date.

-There is no overheating while it flickers.

-I use laptop's original charger.

Please solve this issue ASAP.
