Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ac0XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The fan is almost always on full speed. I tried all the ideas I could find. I haven't tried the HP Command Center thermal option, though. First of all because I can't find it anywhere. It's not in my version of Microsoft Store where people seem to find it. I live in Denmark. Tried to change all settings to US but to no avail. No such app. Anyway, someone wrote that the thermal option is not there anymore in the program. 

Does anyone have any ideas? Where can I find the HP Command Center? Do you have any other solutions to the fan problem?
