Hello, a few days ago my HP printer does not print the yellow color, I have working documents with yellow background but come out gray (only the yellow areas), I tried with cleaning heads, realignment, nothing, I re-fixed the printer, program and driver, I tried to remove and put the cartridges back, the ink levels are at 80% but the problem Remains. Can you help me?
