This monitor is old. About 10 years old. I have it hooked up to my Toshiba laptop, same age. I was doing my normal thing until suddenly the screen went black. I thought it was the power but the monitor's on/off light was on, and blinking. I check the VGA cable and it was fine. I tried to shut off computer power and turn on again, but the screen stayed off. It will not show anything but it's still on. I try everything and fail. I see that every time it turns on, I can see a dim white triangle that usually shows VGA and DVI input and resolution for a split second. I really need help as this is the oldest thing that isn't me. I can't use my laptop since the screen is broken from transport. I need help.
