Product: Probook 4520s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I had to force shutdown the laptop and after that i tried to start the lap. But it is stuck on this window which shows the hp logo. 

My inbuild keyboard is not working. So currently I am using a usb keyboard. And it is not turning on either. But my usb mouse is working. 

Pls help
